DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TON SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TONGAAT HULLET
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
TONGAAT HULLET LIMITED (TON) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 150 cents per TONNIA share instalment
that is payable on Thursday, 30 August 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 17 August 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 20 August 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 24 August 2007.
