THE JSE LIMITED
PRIVATE PLACING
Exchange Sponsors (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that in terms
of the private placing of shares in 1time, as detailed in the Abridged
Prospectus published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 6 August 2007,
and in the prospectus dated 2 August 2007, 60 000 000 shares at a price of R1.00
per share were placed with select investors ("the private placing").
The private placing was substantially oversubscribed.
LISTING OF 1time
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of the issued ordinary shares of 1time on the
Alternative Exchange ("ALTx") of the JSE Limited is now unconditional.
Accordingly, 210 000 000 ordinary shares in the share capital of 1time will be
listed on ALTx from the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 14 August 2007. The
shares will trade under the abbreviated name 1time, with share code "1TM" and
ISIN: ZAE000102026.
