FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 June 2007,
wherein it was mentioned that:
- Decillion had entered into an agreement with NUMSA Investment Company
(Proprietary) Limited for, inter alia, the sale of certain of its assets to
Decillion; and
- the directors of Decillion had resolved to declare a special distribution
to Decillion shareholders.
Shareholders are advised that the documentation to be sent to shareholders is in
the process of being approved by the necessary regulators and shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution until such documentation is issued to
them.
