F. Bergman as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Leslie was previously with Accenture working in the United States, the United
Kingdom, South Africa and in Central & Eastern Europe. At the time of his
retirement from Accenture in October 2001, he was Regional Manager Partner,
CEEMEAI (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) and was
responsible for the geographic oversight of Accenture in 12 countries in the
Emerging Markets region.
Mr. Bergman is now based in London and is a director of Foshini Limited, The
Super Group Limited and Leder & Schuh (Austria)
