Notice of general meeting
Shareholders of Metorex are advised that a circular regarding the general
authority to issue shares for cash, will be issued to shareholders on Thursday,
16 August 2007.
The board of directors of Metorex intends to apply the general authority to
issue shares for cash to the mandatory offer to the minority shareholders of
Copper Resources Corporation ("the offer"), as detailed in the announcement
released on SENS on 4 July 2007. The offer is subject to approval by the
relevant regulatory authorities.
