47 948 790 ordinary shares at an issue price of R1.00 each was fully subscribed
and the spread of shareholders, as required by the JSE, has been achieved, the
JSE has approved the listing of 477 530 895 Sea Kay shares on the Main Board of
the JSE List in the "Industrials - Construction and Materials - Heavy
Construction" sector, under the abbreviated name "SeaKay" with effect from the
commencement of business on Thursday, 16 August 2007.
