RT Dalais is a director of Metier Investment and Advisory Services (Pty) Limited
(`Metier"). The Metier group converted 17 115 385 Contracts For Difference and 9
013 600 Single Stock Futures representing 26 128 985 ordinary shares to DataPro
ordinary shares, thereby replacing their geared holding in DataPro to an
ungeared form.
Clearance to deal was obtained in accordance with paragraph 3.66 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE.
