DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RCH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RICHEMONT SECURITIES
AG and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RICHEMONT
SECURITIES AG (RCH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
net dividend amount of 6.311 Euro cents.
This dividend is paid jointly by Richemont SA and Compagnie Financiere Richmont
SA, Richemont SA which will pay 5.96 Euro cents and Compagnie Financiere
Richmont SA (CFR) which will pay 0.54 Euro cents. The CFR dividend is subject to
35 percent Swiss witholding tax resulting in a net dividend of 0.351 Euro cents.
The net total dividend amount of 6.311 Euro cents per RCHNID share instalment is
payable on Friday, 28 September 2007.
The exchange rate applicable to this event will be announced on Friday, 7
September 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 14 September 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 17 September 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 September 2007.
