SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RCH SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for RICHEMONT
SECURITIES AG and that as a result of the special dividend declaration relating
to RICHEMONT SECURITIES AG (RCH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a special dividend amount of 6 Euro cents per RCHNID share instalment
that is payable on Friday, 28 September 2007. The exchange rate applicable to
this event will be announced on Friday, 7 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 14 September 2007.
The share instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 17
September 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 21 September 2006.
