DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MONDI LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("MNDIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Mondi Limited have
declared an interim dividend of 7.3 euros per ordinary share based on an
exchange rate equivalent in ZAR of 71. 73637 cents per share, payable on Monday,
17 September 2007 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company
at the close of business on Friday, 31 August 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MNDIHA, will receive a Mondi Limited interim dividend of 71. 73637 cents per
security payable on Friday, 17 September 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 24 August 2007.
MNDIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 27 August 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 31 August 2007.
