DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 7.3 Euro
cents which is equivalent to 71.73637 ZAR cents per MNDNIA share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 17 September 2007. The payment per shareholder will be
rounded to 2 decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 24 August 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 27 August 2007 and the
record date is Friday, 31 August 2007.
