CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GND SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for GRINDROD
LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to GRINDROD LIMITED (GND) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a capital reduction amount of 34 cents per GNDNIA share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 10 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 31 August 2007. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 3
September 2007 and the record date is Friday, 7 September 2007.
