SALIENT DATES TO BE REVISED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 August 2007 and are
advised that due to delays at the Companies and Intellectual Property Office
("CIPRO") the special resolution passed at the general meeting of PSV
shareholders on 2 August 2007 are pending registration by CIPRO.
Accordingly, the salient times and dates relating to the Odd-lot offer set out
in the circular to shareholders dated 9 July 2007 will be revised. These revised
salient dates and times will be announced on SENS as soon as possible after the
special resolution has been registered.
