REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Medi-Clinic shareholders ("shareholders") are referred to the announcement
released on SENS on 2 August 2007 and published in the press on 3 August 2007
regarding the proposed acquisition by Medi-Clinic of Hirslanden Finanz AG ("the
Proposed Acquisition") and the impending rights offer ("the Proposed Rights
Offer"). The circular to Medi-Clinic shareholders containing, inter alia,
information pertaining to the Proposed Acquisition and the Proposed Rights
Offer, and incorporating revised listing particulars and a notice of general
meeting has been posted to shareholders on Friday, 17 August 2007.
The salient dates and times relating to the Proposed Acquisition are detailed
below:
SALIENT DATES FOR THE GENERAL MEETING
Last day to lodge forms of proxy for the general meeting, by 15:00 on Thursday,
6 September 2007
General meeting to be held at 15:00 on Monday, 10 September 2007
Results of general meeting released on SENS on Monday, 10 September 2007
Results of general meeting published in the press on Tuesday, 11 September 2007
The terms and salient dates of the Proposed Rights Offer will be published as
soon as the Proposed Acquisition becomes unconditional. Further details on the
Proposed Rights Offer will be contained in the rights offer circular that will
be posted to shareholders in due course.
