consolidation
Yomhlaba Resources Limited (previous share code YBA) has changed its name to
South African Coal Mining Holdings Limited effective as of today, Monday 20
August 2007. The new share code of the company is SAH and the new ISIN code is
ZAE000102034.
Shareholders are also reminded that the shares will be consolidated on a one for
ten basis as of opening of trade today. The consolidated shares will have a par
value of ten cents per share.
Following the consolidation and name change, all the required corporate actions
will have been completed.
