Shareholders are referred to the circular to CET shareholders dated 2 August
2007 relating to the disposal to Ambit of CET`s interests in five commercial
properties and the related rental enterprises and the issue of shares for cash
to Purple Capital ("the transactions") and are advised that at a general meeting
of CET shareholders held today, all the resolutions relating to the transactions
were approved by the requisite majority of CET shareholders.
