announcement" disseminated on SENS on Friday, 17 August 2007 and to the
circular to Ambit linked unitholders dated 26 July 2007 relating to the
acquisition by Ambit of five commercial properties and the related rental
enterprises ("the acquisition") and are advised that, following the
approval by the shareholders of Cape Empowerment Trust Limited ("CET") of
the acquisition, to which CET is a party, at a general meeting of CET
shareholders today, all required shareholder related resolutions have been
passed.
