DECLARED CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON ASPEN PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("APNIDC")
With reference to the Capital Distribution announcement dated 21 August 2007,
the Directors of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited have declared a Capital
Distribution of 70 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 24 September 2007
to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 21 September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, APNIDC,
will receive a Capital Distribution of 70 cents per security payable on Monday,
24 September 2007. The last day to trade ("cum" the distribution) in order to
participate in the Capital Distribution will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
APNIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the Capital
Distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 17 September 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 21 September 2007.
