DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON
PLC (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 198.48904 cents per BILNID share instalment that is
payable on Friday, 28 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 September 2007. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 September
2007,
the record date will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
