Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement which was published on 8 June
2007 relating to the proposed acquisition of IST Group (Pty) Ltd by Power
Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Powertech").
Shareholders are advised that the Competition Tribunal unconditionally approved
of this acquisition on 22 August 2007.
IST Group (Pty) Ltd will be managed by Powertech as an autonomous operation
alongside the existing Powertech divisions, namely Cables, Transformers,
Batteries and Industrial.
