VUKILE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT CONCLUDED
Johannesburg, 23 August 2007 - The JSE-listed Vukile Property Fund`s asset
manager, Sanlam Properties, has appointed Gensec Property Services (trading as
JHI), Hermans and Roman Property Solutions and Kuper Legh Property Management to
manage Vukile`s R3.86 billion property portfolio.
Sanlam Properties chief executive Banus van der Walt said the three companies
were appointed after an extensive procurement process on the strength of their
expertise, experience and national infrastructure.
"We are confident that they will be able to maintain the high level of service
delivery required by Vukile and ourselves," van der Walt said. He also paid
tribute to the late David Kuper, a founder of Kuper Legh, and said his death
earlier this week had left a significant vacuum in the South African property
industry.
