DECLARED DIVIDEND AND INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDB")
With reference to the dividend and interest payment announcement, the Directors
of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a final dividend of 0.0481 cents
per share and an interest payment of 48.0519 cents per debenture payable on
Monday, 17 September 2007 to ordinary linked unit holders, recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on Friday, 14 September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDB,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited final dividend of 0.0481 cents per
share and an interest payment of 48.0519 cents on Monday, 17 September 2007 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders
and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order
to participate in the dividend and interest payment will be Friday, 7 September
2007.
GRTIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend and
interest from the commencement of business on Monday, 10 September 2007, and the
record date will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
