RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors hereby advise that Prof. Nicholas Ismail Morgan and Mr. Jeff Molobela
have resigned as directors of Decillion Limited following the NUMSA investments
transaction that was announcement on 19 June 2007.
In line with the agreement between NUMSA and Decillion, the remaining directors
will resign and be replaced by the elected NUMSA representatives at the
company`s annual general meeting.
