The announcement regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of Sanyati
held on 3 August 2007, referred to all resolutions being passed by a majority of
votes.
Shareholders are advised that Ordinary resolution number 2 - general authority
to issue shares and to sell treasury shares for cash, was not passed by the
majority of shareholders.
