Subject to the completion of the Scheme of Arrangement between Atlas Properties
(constituent) and Acucap Properties (constituent) and notification from the
Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

remain in the index with an
increased shares in issue total
of 128,251,241 and an unchanged

ZAE000008975, 6108953) will be
deleted from the index.

from the index.
