A placement of shares has been made with two institutional shareholders in
line with the company`s objective to expand its institutional shareholding
base. The placement will also increase the free float of ACTOWERS shares
with a resulting improvement in liquidity.
In terms of paragraph 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Limited Listings
