Following the approval of the cash acquisition of CBS Property Portfolio
(constituent) by Public Investment Corporation (PIC) and notification from the
Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

will be deleted from the index.

will be added to the index with
a shares in issue figure of
116,746,704 and an investability
weighting of 100%.
FTSE/JSE Africa Capped CBS Property Portfolio will be 29 August 2007
Property (J254) deleted from the index.
Octodec Investments (South
Africa, ZAE000005104, 6654973)
will be added to the index with
a shares in issue figure of
89,297,472 and an investability
weighting of 75%.
