Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Mittal Steel South Africa Ltd, regarding the Mittal Steel South Africa Ltd
capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on MLA (ex capital reduction date: 27/08/2007), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below MLA warrants will
take place on Monday morning, 27 August 2007:
Deutsche Bank AG will make the following adjustments to the terms and conditions
of the Warrant below:
