DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON BUSINESS CONNEXION GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("BCXIDB")
With reference to the normal dividend announcement, the Directors of Business
Connexion Group Limited have declared a dividend of 15 cents per ordinary share
payable on Tuesday, 25 September 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 21 September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, BCXIDB,
will receive a Business Connexion Limited dividend of 15 cents per security on
Tuesday, 25 September 2007, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 14 September 2007.
BCXIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 17 September 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 21 September 2007.
