WHLNIA - Nedbank - Dividend distribution announcement in relation to the
WHL share instalment

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE WHL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for WOOLWORTHS
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS LIMITED (WHL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 46.5 cents per WHLNIA share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 September 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 September
2007 and the record date will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
