DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TRUWORTHS
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TRU) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 60 cents per
TRUNIA share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 September 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 September
2007 and the record date will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
