AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LIMTED
Following the announcement by the board of Mittal Steel South Africa Ltd (MLA)
whereby MLA declared a capital reduction of 1021c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer)
will amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.

The effect of the abovementioned adjustment is to place the Warrant holders in
