Capital Reduction of R10.21 per MLA share, Investec are advising warrant holders
that an adjustment has been made to the terms and conditions of the above-
mentioned stock warrants (MLAIBH and MLAIBQ) as of Monday, 27 August 2007.
The warrant is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as
