DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NASPERS LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("NPNIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement dated 24 August 2007, the Directors
of Naspers Limited have declared an annual dividend of 156 cents per N ordinary
share payable on Monday, 10 September 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 7 September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
NPNIHB, will receive a Naspers Limited annual dividend of 156 cents per N
ordinary share payable on Monday, 10 September 2007 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend will be Friday, 31 August 2007.
NPNIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 3 September 2007 and the record
date will be Friday, 7 September 2007.
