DECLARED FINAL CASH DISTRIBUTION OUT OF SHARE PREMIUM ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE
BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("BVTIDB")
With reference to the final cash distribution out of share premium announcement,
the Directors of The Bidvest Group Limited have declared a final cash
distribution out of share premium of 248.4 cents per ordinary share in lieu of a
dividend, payable on Tuesday, 25 September 2007 to ordinary share holders,
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 21
September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, BVTIDB,
will receive a Bidvest Group Limited final distribution out of share premium of
248.4 cents per share on Tuesday, 25 September 2007 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the final distribution) in order to
participate in the final distribution will be Friday, 14 September 2007.
BVTIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the distribution
from the commencement of business on Monday, 17 September 2007, and the record
date will be Friday, 21 September 2007.
