POSTING OF THE JOHNNIC CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to Johnnic`s announcement released on SENS on 4 May
2007 in which they were advised, inter alia, that:
- the JSE had granted Johnnic an extension for the posting of the circular as
the financial information of Montauk Energy Capital LLC (a limited
liability company formed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Delaware, USA) ("Montauk"), in the form required by the JSE, was currently
not available; and
- shareholders would be advised of the posting of the circular as soon as it
is posted.
The posting of the circular was delayed in order to present the Montauk
financial information in accordance with the specific requirements of the JSE
and in the manner required by the Companies Act, 61 of 1973.
Shareholders are advised that the circular was posted to them on Monday, 27
August 2007
