POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 March 2007 was posted
to shareholders today and contains no modifications to the audited results which
were published on 21 June 2007.
Deloitte & Touche audited the annual financial statements, and their unmodified
audit report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 20 September 2007 in the auditorium,
ground floor, Johncom House, 4 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
which is issued together with the annual report.
