Trading update announcement
With reference to the trading update published on Tuesday, 31 July 2007
wherein it was indicated that earnings per share and headline earnings per
share were expected to be between 110% and 120% higher than for the
corresponding period, the Board wishes to clarify that this range is in
respect of earnings and headline earnings. Earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2007 will be approximately
77% higher than the corresponding period ended 30 June 2006. The difference
in the increase between earnings and headline earnings and earnings per share
and headline earnings per share is due to the increase in the number of shares
in issue arising from the issue of shares on the company`s listing on Alt-X on
19 September 2006.
The financial information on which this announcement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The results for the six
months ended 30 June 2007 are expected to be published on 30 August 2007.
