CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IPL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for
IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction
declaration relating to IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (IPL) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment Trust have declared a capital reduction amount of 280
cents per IPLNIC share instalment that is payable on Monday, 1 October
2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Thursday, 20 September
2007. The share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from
Friday, 21 September 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 28 September
2007.
