In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements in
respect of a change to the company secretary, Imperial Bank shareholders are
advised that Mr Jan Lukas Delport has resigned as company secretary of Imperial
Bank and Mrs Gcobisa Tyusha has been appointed as the company secretary of
Imperial Bank with effect from 1 September 2007.
