ISSUE OF SHARES TO SHARE INCENTIVE TRUST AND DIRECTORS` INTERESTS THEREIN
Shareholders are advised that the company has allocated the 27 300 000 shares
previously issued to the DataPro Share Incentive Trust at an issue price of 66
cents, which was calculated at a 10% discount to the 5-day volume weighted
average price of DataPro as at 31 August 2006. Details of decision and terms of
the options and intended issue to the share trust were previously advised in the
company`s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2006 and in
its results announcement published on SENS on 19 November 2006.
In compliance with paragraph 3.64 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited the following directors were allocated options on 31 August 2006 to
acquire the following shares on an annual basis over a three year period as
follows:

Options have not yet been exercised in respect of any shares. The exercise date
is 31 August each year.
