In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that executive director, Norbert Jorek has resigned from the Group.
As a consequence he resigned as director with effect from Wednesday, 29 August
2007.
The Board of Directors wish to thank Norbert for his contribution over the past
three years.
