DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Lefkopaul
CC ("Lefkopaul") purchased 7 100 Octodec linked units at a price of 1800 cents
per linked unit with a total value of R127 800 on 30 August 2007.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.3% in the share capital of Lefkopaul. Non-executive director Sharon Wapnick
and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of
33.3% each in the share capital of Lefkopaul. Clearance to deal was received in
terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
