REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 74th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Mr Price held today,
31 August 2007, Ordinary resolutions numbers 1 to 7 and Special resolution
number 1 were passed. Special resolution number 2 was withdrawn.
Special resolution number 1 will be lodged for registration with the Registrar
of Companies in due course.
