CLARIFICATION ON AUDITED RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the audited condensed results announced on 31
August 2007, including references to the presentation of the results in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, represent extracts
from the audited annual financial statements of Acc-Ross for the year ended 28
February 2007, which annual financial statements have been audited by the
company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, and whose unmodified report on the annual
financial statements is available for inspection at the registered office of the
company. The condensed results do not comply, and do not intend to comply, with
IAS34: Interim Financial Reporting and therefore the condensed results have not
been audited.
