NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2007 ("the annual financial statements") were distributed on Friday,
31 August 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited results, published on
SENS on Tuesday, 20 March 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by Van Dyk & Associates whose
unqualified report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Friday,
31 August 2007 with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that
the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 2 October
2007 at 10:00, at the offices of the company at 1st Floor, Dunkeld, 12 North
Road, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the Annual General Meeting.
