DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with sections 3.63 - 3.73 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, ApexHi discloses that it has been notified by Madison Property Fund
Managers Limited ("Madison"), an "independent entity" (as contemplated in
paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements) that on 31 August 2007 Madison
disposed of 716,502 ApexHi B linked units at a price of R17.50 per linked unit
(with a total value of R12,538,785), on 3 September 2007 Madison disposed of
460,337 ApexHi B linked units at a price of R17.50 per linked unit (with a total
value of R8,056,598) and on 4 September 2007 Madison disposed of 2,513,471
ApexHi B linked units at a price of R17.50 per linked unit (with a total value
of R43,985,743).
Madison has advised that the ApexHi B units were disposed of to align Madison`s
investment in ApexHi units to that required for incentivisation commitments to
staff seconded to ApexHi. Marc Wainer and Wolf Cesman who are directors of
ApexHi are also directors and unitholders of ApexHi.
As the transaction does not relate to a director`s dealing in ApexHi securities,
no clearance to deal was required in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
