WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 26 July 2007 and in the
newspapers on 27 July 2007, Amecor shareholders are advised that the Company is
still in dispute with Mr Rabie van der Merwe but is satisfied that the press
release published on SENS on 30 July 2007 has provided shareholders with
sufficient information to allow them to make an informed decision regarding
their dealings in Amecor shares. Accordingly shareholders are no longer advised
to exercise caution when dealing in Amecor shares.
