ABSA GROUP SELLS ITS STAKE IN CBZ HOLDINGS LIMITED (CBZH)
Absa Group announces that all regulatory and other applicable approvals have
been fulfilled and that Absa has completed the sale of its 24,1% shareholding in
CBZH for an undisclosed sum. CBZH has acquired Absa`s shareholding by way of a
share buy-back scheme.
