CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SA
Corporate unitholders are advised that:
- Mr M J R Anderson has resigned as an alternate director to the board of
directors of SA Corporate; and
- Mrs A Beattie and Mr N A Corbishley have been appointed as alternate
directors to Messrs M M Ngcobo and B M Kodisang, currently non-executive
directors to the board of SA Corporate, respectively.
The above appointments and resignation are effective from 1 September 2007
subject to the required regulatory approvals being obtained.
